These terms apply to the moving, downsizing, estate sale and organising services provided by Reagan Senior Moves in and around Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. By booking a service you accept them.
Estimates are based on the information you give us and a walk-through where possible. If the scope changes on the day, the price is adjusted and agreed with you before work continues. The estimate is valid for 30 days.
You give us safe access to the property and tell us about stairs, narrow doors, pets and anything fragile. Parking or a lift must be available where the job needs it.
Cancellations and date changes are free up to 48 hours before the start time. Inside 48 hours we charge a two-hour minimum, because the crew and the slot are already committed. Estate sale dates follow the same 48 hour rule.
Invoices are due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. Card, cheque and bank transfer are accepted. Late invoices carry a 1.5% monthly charge.
We handle goods with reasonable care. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the affected items or the price of the job, whichever is lower, unless a higher figure is agreed in writing. Items of exceptional value should be listed before the move.
Please separate cash, jewellery, documents and medicines and take them with you. We move furniture and household goods, not valuables left in drawers.

Wisconsin law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Dodge County, Wisconsin.
